The Women’s Circle

One table. And the rooms that make it possible.

The Circle is one room, and everybody in it sits at the same table. Alongside it sit two smaller rooms — built so the conversations that happen more easily among women, and more easily among men, have somewhere to happen.

01

The table is one table

Nobody is nominated to a category. Every seat at every dinner is filled the same way — someone already at the table puts a name forward and says, in their own words, what that person would add to the room. The charter is one charter, the standard is one standard, and the evening is the same evening for everybody at it.

That is worth being plain about, because the two rooms below exist alongside the table, not instead of a seat at it.

02

The Women’s Circle

Women’s Growth Workshops are one of the eight things the Circle runs. Small by design — small enough that nobody is presenting, and everybody is talking. Leadership, wellbeing, and the parts of building something that are harder to say out loud in a bigger room.

They run on the same calendar as everything else, they are open to every woman in the Circle, and attending one is not a substitute for a seat at the dinner — members do both.

The first Women’s Circle session is being programmed for the founding season. Facilitator and date to be confirmed.

03

The Men’s Circle

The same structure and the same intention. Men’s Growth Workshops are built around the things that get postponed until they cannot be — performance, health, the weight of running something, and the honest conversations that tend not to happen anywhere else.

Also small, also on the main calendar, also open to every man in the Circle.

The first Men’s Circle session is being programmed for the founding season. Facilitator and date to be confirmed.

04

How a member gets into one

There is no separate application. Anyone who has sat at a dinner is already in — the sessions appear on the calendar, and members put their name down for the ones they want. Guests can be brought to a workshop the same way they can be brought to an evening: by a member who is accountable for the introduction.

One room. Room enough for everyone in it.

If you know someone the table would be better for having, put their name forward — and if that person is you, put your own.
