San Diego is the founding chapter. The others are planned, opened by people who sat at the founding table. San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles share one marker — at this scale they are the same point on the map.
The premise
Curated spaces built with intention and purpose.
Winner’s Circle is built on a single belief: that the most consequential things people build, they rarely build alone. Not from a network, and not from a conference — from a small number of relationships with people who are genuinely worth knowing.
So the room is the product. Everything else — the dinner, the venue, the evening’s subject — exists to make that room possible and to give it a reason to keep meeting.
What a seat includes
Membership starts in the room, and goes far beyond.
Attending one dinner is entry to everything that follows it. Membership, partnership and sponsorship each carry their own exchange of value. None of them decide who is in the room.

The dinners
Six evenings a year, fifteen to twenty seats, each built around a guest, a theme, or a question worth several hours of real attention.
The portal
A private platform for everyone who has sat at the table — profiles, recaps, and the notes that came out of each room.

Introductions
Deliberate, requested, and made by people who know both sides. Never a mass forward, never a directory dump.
The archive
Every dinner documented and kept. Over time it becomes the Circle’s own institutional memory, readable only from the inside.

Experiences
Workshops, private presentations, property tours, and cultural experiences between the dinners.
Community Impact
Bringing the room’s collective resources together to make a real difference for the people and communities we care about.

From the first table
Dinner No. 01 · August 2026You guys pull the right people together at the right time… that’s powerful.
The opportunity to connect with like-minded people at this scale and in this setting is amazing. Thank you!
No matter what you say, if it’s to the wrong people it won’t be valued. That’s what I love about being in the right room — you guys get it.

Target
& innovators
Figures above are targets, not current results. The founding dinner was held in August 2026.
Most rooms are filled. This one is chosen.
A seat at the table comes from a nomination by someone already sitting at it. Seats are carefully selected and available on a referral basis.

Illustrative profilesValue creators.
People who build and give back.
The Circle is deliberately not a real estate room, or a founders room, or any single field’s room. The common thread is people who are accomplished, forward-thinking, well-connected, and capable of creating real value for one another.

Between the last one and the next
Sold a company eighteen months ago, deciding whether the next thing is operating, investing, or both.

Looking for people, not deals
Deploying a fund and convinced the returns come from who you know two years before the round.

Building where nobody is
Working on projects with real scope, real constraints, and timelines measured in years.

The second chapter
A career that ended early by design, and a decade of relationships most operators would envy.

Perspective worth borrowing
Runs something large, and knows exactly which problems in the room are not actually problems.

Keeps the room honest
A creative, an academic, or a market expert whose field has nothing to do with anyone else’s.
These are archetypes of who the table is being assembled from — not current members. Real profiles replace them as the founding season fills.
Voices from the room
Illustrative — not yet realThe dinner is the start.
The follow-up is the beginning.
Guests from the founding dinner are quoted further up this page. These are the outcomes the format is built to produce across a whole season — written as the standard to hold to, and replaced with real words as they arrive.
“I have been to a hundred of these. This is the first one where I did not check my phone once.”
“Two of the people at that table are now in business together. Neither would have met the other otherwise.”
“I got asked a question I had been avoiding for a year, by someone with no stake in my answer.”
Members Portal
The power of the collective and shared value.
Dinners and events are where the energy and connection happens… the Members Portal is where the followup and collaboration happens. The value is in what happens next. When the right people know each other, opportunities move faster, support comes easier, and value gets shared.
Beyond the room
The RoadmapThe Circle is where it starts. The brand goes beyond.
The dinners stay private. What comes out of them — carefully chosen, never attributed without consent — is how people find out the Circle exists.
Notes from the Room
After each dinner, we share a short private note with members, accessible through the Members Portal.

A guest from the table, one question, an hour. Recorded separately from the dinners so nothing said at a table ends up in a feed.
